Returns & Exchanges

At SLATE Denim & Co., we want you to feel as stylish as possible. If you aren’t satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, please contact customer service and we will work to solve the issue immediately.

You may return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original tags still attached for a full refund within 45 days of the date of purchase, or for store credit after 45 days and up to 90 days from the date of purchase.


If you have registered with the website:

  1. Log-in using the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
  2. Navigate to "My Orders" on the My Dashboard page.
  3. Select the order, and the items you would like to return.
  4. Once your return is approved, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA).

If you received the item as a gift, or purchased without registering, please click here.

Shipping back your return:

  1. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box
  2. We can provide you with a return shipping label if requested. The charge for using our flat rate shipping is $8.00 and will be deducted from your refund.
  3. You may choose to ship the items back yourself using a carrier of your choice, but we are not responsible for returns we do not receive.

Please Note:

Packages shipped to a different address, without the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package, or shipped COD will be refused.

We do not accept returns of SLATE Denim & Co. items purchased from third-party retailers (Nordstrom, Amazon, etc.). Please contact the retailer where you made your purchase directly for information on their return policy.

Final sale items may not be returned.

We will notify you once we have processed your return. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return or exchange for your refund to be credited or replacement item to be shipped. 

No refunds or adjustments will be made for any original shipping/handling charges.
